Our Payment Terms

All new clients are requested to open a Letter of Credit. If you are unable to do so, alternative payment methods can be suggested. Please contact us for further information.

Our Delivery Lead Times

After order confirmation, we require 30 days for approval samples, made up in correct sizes, colors, fabrics, etc Upon confirmation of the samples, about 60-90 days are required for production, depending on the product, order quantity and time of the year.

Our Minimum Order Quantities

We require a minimum value of USD 10,000/= per shipment.

Sourcing

We have staff for all kinds of sourcing, like finished products. Proposals for artwork (labels, printed boxes) can be provided.

Quality Assurance

To ensure top quality, we will make several inspections (site and final). Inspection reports can be provided.

Documentation

Our experienced shipping clerks will handle all necessary shipping papers, book space on a vessel and send out your goods.

Merchandising and Logistics

We acknowledge that customers need daily information of what is going on with their goods. That is why we have merchandisers, specialized by type of product. These merchandisers will ensure daily communication and updates to the customers in all aspects, from sample and quotes status, to production status and shipments. They will answer all questions and convey all information given by the customer, to the vendors and the staff.
