Design & Sampling

Our sampling department is being handled by the most experienced and qualified staff, who are fully capable to display their professional expertise. Our sampling staff is well trained to respond energetically to fast changing fashion

Knitting

We have 26 brand new knitting machines all equipped with lycra with all other accessories.

Dyeing & Finishing

State-of-the-art dye house for cotton & blends, with various, capacity machines producing lot-to- lot shade continuity. Latest fabric shrinkage control inblended and stretch fabrics.

Cutting

We have latest technology and advanced Machinery to produce the finest quality. We have Fabric cutting tables & Hand cutters different sizes. Each of our factorie have their own well equipped cutting departments. Equipments like hand cutters, band knife cutting machine ensure that the fabric is correctly cut and that there is perfection in each and every part.

Embroidery

Barudan & Tajima nine colour embroidery units of 20 heads equipped with our own designing and punching system of Tajima-DGML.

Press

The Press Department is equipped with two state-of-the-art two-colour printing machines from Roland. With a maximum sheet size of 25"x 38", deliver at a breathtaking speed of up to 12,000 sheets per hour. In addition to that we have four one-colour printing machines from Roland. With a maximum sheet size of 25"x 38", deliver at a speed of up to 8,000 sheets per hour. In small formats we have two one-color solan and two on-color Rota.

Stitching

Our stitching machines modular in structure, equipped with the latest garment handling system. Our designs simultaneously handle with wide variety of products from basic to fashion, with maximum flexibility in order size.

Finishing

After the Garments have been sewn, they go through a Finishing process. During this step, the garments are inspected for quality, individually trimmed of excess backing material & excess threads then folded and packaged ready for shipping to the end user. Customers have the option of polybagging which takes place in this step. Polybagging involves individually folding each Garment & placing in into a plastic bag preserving it from stains and dust. The Special Unit for the Finishing Process is optionally available. With this chassis it is possible to apply all available Textile Finishing Chemicals on - line. Let your fabric have the soft touch, the optical white or flame resistance. Finish your fabric according to the modern industry standards!
