Merchandising

Merchandising is also a very essential part in fulfilling our client requirement , for that purpose our Staff is fully catered to meet the challenges involved in mechandising and ensures that quality and quality service is maitained at all functions.

Quality Assurance

Our quality controllers ensure that the quality is maintained while the goods are in production. After the completion of the manufacturing process, merchandise is completely inspected for any defects. While the goods are being packaged, quality controllers re-inspect randomly selected packages.

Paktex International also have warehousing capabilities for its clients for the reason if products are manufactured ahead of time and the clients want it shipped on a specific time or season or places another order with the current one and wants it imported all at the same time the previous order can easily be stored in our Warehouses.

Exclusive Buying Services

At Paktex International, we have facilities for buying and importing exclusive material which is rarely or not available here in Pakistan, such material is imported from our overseas importing capabilitles and for manufacturing them here in Pakistan. We import such material in large quantities from KOREA, TAIWAN & CHINA. Acrylic Sherpa & Nylon Fabric is an exclusive Fabric which is rarely available here in Pakistan and Paktex International have a very Active import and infact the biggest import of these fabrics & if an order is placed for buying and manufacturing products from such fabric we can easily import with Proper sourcing.

Quality Assurance

We believe in maintaining systems and control measures from yarn to finished products stage in accordance to the AQL requirements to deliver flawless garments. Our quality assurance personnel stationed at all the manufacturing sites ensure that all production units are geared to run on your AQL standards, thereby eliminating the last minute rejection factor giving you value for your money.

Documentation and shipping coordination

Our export department checks all shipping documents as per buyers instructions and ensure dispatch of documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyer's L/C'S, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and their forwarders.

Quality inspection services for your valued orders placed directly with Pakistani factories.

For the order which you choose to place directly with manufacturers in Pakistan, we provide quality inspection services on your quality standards. We offer inspections at different stages of your production process so that you may be able to get the first hand knowledge of your orders quality.
These are follows:
• Pre production check (PPC)
Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
• Initial production checks (IPC)
First finished products are checked against buyer's specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
• During productions check (dupro)
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standards of production runs.
• Final random inspection (FRI)
Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. fri is performed according to the international inspection standards. the detailed physical inspection of the sample selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design /style, accessories, measurements, packing etc.

Status reporting

Status report based on the multi-state inspections are transmitted to the buyers by fax or e-mail.
